Karate Crazy
My new favorite iPhone/iPad game is Karate Crazy.  I believe it’s still currently free in the App Store.  Very simple concept and control, and old school graphics, but I find it incredibly fun.  My high score is 232.

Personal Health Challenge
I will not purchase and consume any red meat at my home. When eating out, red meat is an option. This is my challenge for the rest of the year and possibly beyond. Years ago I convinced myself not to buy snack foods (chips, cookies, etc) during my regular trips to the grocery store.
