Ahrens EP →
Did my first session with a trainer this morning at Ahrens EP. I’m so happy that I’m doing this but it was definitely a test for my first structured workout. I’m way out of shape. Hopefully I can build up my endurace and get a little healthier. I’m glad I have great friends who have awesome careers that can help me be a healthier person.
